DORO PESCH Involved In Car Accident, Cancels German Dates

Veteran metal vocalist Doro Pesch was involved in a car accident in Germany a couple of days ago and was hurt, albeit not seriously, according to the singer's official web site. As a result, the last three concerts on her current tour have been cancelled.

The following is the official statement on the cancellation as it appears on Doro's web site:

"Hi fans, we are sorry to say that the last three concerts today, tomorrow and Sunday were cancelled. Doro was involved in a car accident and hurt. She is quite alright right now but not in the position to go on stage. She is really very sad not being able to make this concerts and now they trying to make this dates somewhere next year. We wish our Queen ALL THE BEST and hope that that you understand and wish you and your families a Happy NEW YEAR."

The affected dates are as follows:

Dec. 27 – Radebeul, GER - Megadrom
Dec. 28 – Speyer, GER - Stadthalle
Dec. 29 – Ludwigsburg, GER - Rockfabrik
